STIFF LITTLE FINGERS  "SUSPECT DEVICE" 1978 RIGID DIGITS ORIGINAL FIRST RED LABEL ISSUE WITH HAND CUT PICTURE SLEEVE

SLEEVE:  EX-  A very nice copy of this rare sleeve which has no splits or tears, just some evidence of minor handling and light creasing in a corner

DISC:  EX-  A very nice looking disc too.This has been cleaned on a Loricraft PRC-3 and sounds excellent. Under a 100w bulb some light hairlines are evident but nothing affecting play. No pops or clicks. Labels are clean with a "2" written in black marker under the spindle hole on side 2, this is commonly found on many first pressings of this 45. 

 

A superb example of one of the best punk 45s to come outta this goddamn country, one of my earliest musical memories is lying in bed under the covers listening to John Peel on a portable radio and hearing him play the B-side of this record. I was shocked at hearing the line "stuff their fucking armies..." uncensored, it was the first time i had heard swearing on the radio!
