This is the STEVE REVLAND A New Live / My House 45 Record, rare private 70s style acoustic Folk/SSW with some loner vibes. Almost impossible to find local pressing on the Mark Customs label 1974 out of Moorhead, MN. Vinyl is VG+ and labels in nice shape!!
