Flakes
Year: 1975

Label: Vista (RCA) TPL1 1097
Very rare issue of the avant-guard experimental jazz composer Steve Lacy on the RCA subsidiary Vista label. The album was recorded in Rome, at RCA studios on May 1974. A very rare LP not to be missed!
The following text is from Wikipedia:
Steve Lacy (July 23, 1934 – June 4, 2004), born Steven Norman Lackritz in New York, was a jazz soprano saxophonist and composer.
Coming to prominence in the 1950s as a progressive Dixieland musician, Lacy went on to a long and prolific career. He worked extensively in experimental jazz and dabbled in free improvisation, but Lacy's music was typically melodic and tightly-structured. He reintroduced the soprano sax into jazz after the instrument had fallen into obscurity for several decades, and is described by critic Scott Yanow as "one of the great soprano saxophonists of all time."

CONDITIONS: NO WRITINGS, NO TEARS AND NO MISSING PIECES UNLESS NOTED! I use Record Collector Grading system!
COVER: EX- Not the best quality of the paper so even if well preserved it looks ex anyway after 35 years! See the picture and note some minor ring wear!
VINYL: MINT- It is probably unplayed but I'll downgrade it anyway to "minus" .
PAYMENT:
We take Paypal of course. We can also accept: bank swift, international bank cheques drawn in any currency (but you'll have to pay my crazy bank commissions, sorry! I do not accept cash sent by mail (my auction was already cancelled once for writing so!) though if you want to meet me in person and put the money in my hands I think it is OK! :-) Bonifico bancario e contrassegno dall'Italia sono OK!
POSTAGE: Please read carefully
REGISTERED AIRMAIL: All shipping is made with REGISTERED AIRMAIL!!
To Europe: $ 18.50
To Americas and Japan and basically elsewhere $ 25.50
This is my ACTUAL cost, at Italian post office charges, considering the current low value of U.S. dollar. This is the real post office cost (probably I loose even something with Paypal) and I don't charge for cardboard!! :-D I cannot send unregistered because I must be able to prove Paypal the actual mailing if required! Of course shipping is not $ 4, as stated in the compulsory eBay mask, it can't be, I think you all know about this new eBay policy...!
