 A wonderful little soundtrack -- for a film we didn't even know existed! Loot was one of the most successful of Joe Orton's plays -- a farce about the pursuit of money in the modern world, scored perfectly here by Brit easy maestro Keith Mansfield with an assortment of mod, groovy, and slightly funky styles! The music has a wonderful Sound Gallery sort of feel on the instrumental numbers -- and even the record's vocal tracks are pretty darn great too -- with similar instrumentation, plus some nicely soulful vocals by Steve Ellis that bounce along cooly with the rhythms! Loads of great tracks -- and titles include "Eyeball Serenade", "Oh Fay", "More More More", "Stealth In The Night", "Police Barracade", "The Undertaker Song" and the Funk Classic "Loots the Root"
