Description
Steppenwolf: "Born To Be Wild" / "The Pusher" 1969, USA/Dunhill D-1436. Disc is VG with some light sleeve scuffs and a little bubble in the vinyl makes a few "thunks" at the beginning of "The Pusher". Picture sleeve is strong VG+ with some minor creasing and wear along the top edge, but no splits or ringwear. Nice example of this rare picture sleeve issued in conjuction with the smash hit movie "Easy Rider" which shows the 1969 "At Your Birthday Party" lineup at their shaggy best. The single is in mono and "Born To Be Wild" sounds fantastically urgent, with the organ solo edited out!

I ship all records in strong cardboard mailers with cardboard flats added to increase stability. The discs are always removed from the picture sleeve or Company sleeve to prevent seam splits, and all items are dressed in plastic sleeves for travel. Please be aware that these supplies are expensive to purchase and represent a small portion of my shipping charges. I pack/ship one day per week, usually it is Friday.
