PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.

POSTAGE AND PACKING.
While every effort will be made to post the item the day after payment is received, this may not always be possible. For example if received on a Friday afternoon it will not be dispatched until Monday morning.
Multiple purchases may attract a postage discount but only if you have contacted us while the auction was live to confirm this.
For mutual protection items will be sent recorded or parcel force for heavier things within the UK. For cheaper items you may request them to be sent unrecorded but that will be at your own risk. Items sent within the EU and other countries listed will be sent by ordinary airmail unless otherwise specified or requested. This will depend on Royal Mail restrictions on weight as no other courier will be used.

ABOUT US.
Emmaus Bristol is part of a worldwide charitable organisation that helps individuals, who for a vast variety of reasons have become homeless or are facing homelessness. The charity here in Bristol collects donated household effects and sells them through our three shops. We sell furniture, electricals, clothing, bric-a-brac and bicycles. This provides work for our companions which generates money that goes towards relieving the burden and stigma of income support. Also providing a safe living environment, until such time as the individual is able to move onto inderpendent living. Emmaus, through solidarity also works with other local and international charities.
Check out the EmmausBristol web site to find out more. There are a number of Emmaus charities around the country and abroad. Why not see if there is one in your area.
Should you wish to donate anything and live within 15 miles of St Phillips, Bristol, then please contact our offices on 0117 9540886. Donated items must be in clean saleable condition. In the case of furniture it must carry the appropriate fire labels. We are however able to accept furniture without labels if it is pre 1950. We are unable to accept washing machines.
