Stargazer
'Games'
Cascade, USA, 1977
DAT-LP211
HUGELY OBSCURE PROGRESSIVE/PSYCH rock band from Los Angeles, California with a sound that references early seventies British acts such as Renaissance, Camel and Curved Air. Totally absorbing and deep in the psych zone. This is a local label pressing - probably self financed. I found this copy in the early 90s in a New York garage sale and managed to secure another copy later in that decade.
The tracks are dreamy and intense with 'World Of My Own' clocking in at over 10 minutes. Fronted by female vocalist Colleen Fitzpatrick.
Rare!
