Label: BLUE NOTE. Catalog number is BLP 4039. Label is blue/white with blue text. Mono pressing on medium thick vinyl, with deep groove.
Label address is “BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC * 47 WEST 63rd * NYC” on both sides. Has “R” registry symbol on the BLUE NOTE logo on the labels. “RVG” and “ear” symbol are stamped in runout area.
Jacket address is BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St, New York 23”

Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is nice VG+ with full original gloss. Has been played a small number of times and handled with care. There are several faint marks that produce occasional very soft tics in a few places, but no loud clicks or pops. Plays very enjoyably with superb fidelity. Labels are clean. A very nice playing copy.
JACKET: Jacket is nice VG+ to VG++. Laminated front cover is clean and bright, with a few small places along the spine where the laminate has separated from cover. Traces of wear at corner tips and tiny chip on bottom seam. Reverse has darkened and there is slight ring wear and small chip at bottom left corner. No writing, stickers, cutout indications, or other flaws. Overall a very nice jacket to accompany the great sounding disc.
