AUCTION ITEM: STAN GETZ Plays NORGRAN 1042. Original mono deep groove yellow trumpet player label. This is an amazing copy. The vinyl looks unplayed. I generally do not rate older records M- because it seems impossible for a record that is decades old to have no wear on the vinyl, but I can't see any wear on this copy at all. There isn't even a spindle mark on the label. The jacket is great also. No split seams although the seams have normal shelf wear that any record this age would have. The cover is shiny. A date is written in pen on the back jacket.

This record comes from a collection of LP's from one of Columbus, Ohio's original collectors of modern jazz. Most of these records were purchased by the collector when the records were released. They were very carefully handled and cared for. This is one of the most impressive modern jazz collections we have ever offered.

G+ :  In the record grading world, "Good" is not good. >From here on
down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up records only guaranteed
