Kashmere Stage Band Plays Originals (KRAM LP-106) STILL SEALED OG PRESSING (not a reissue)

          The Kashmere Stage Band needs no introduction. This was the greatest high school stage band in the history of the United States. Thanks to the late great maestro Conrad Johnson - who passed away in February of 2008 - that amazing KSB sound will be around forever. In June of 1972, as the liner notes state, the Kashmere Stage Band  won the coveted title of Best High School at the nationally recognized American High School Band Festival held in Mobile, Alabama. The notes also state "In the past three years, the band has entered eighteen contests and won sixteen first places, one second place, and one third place." This LP is such an important piece of Texas Funk history, and whomever wins this LP will definitely be holding a priceless treasure in their hands. Composition titles (all of which were written by Conrad Johnson except for "All Praises" which was written by Al Rose) include: "Do You Dig It Man?", "Thunder Soul", "Kashmere", "Lost Love", "Don't Mean a Thing", "Head Wiggle" and "All Praises".
