SRC (Scot Richard Case) – Milestones (12” LP)
The SRC (short for the Scot Richard Case) was a Detroit-based psychedelic rock band from the late 1960s. From 1966 to 1972, they were a staple at many Detroit rock venues, such as the Grande Ballroom. The group was well-known for fusing elements of jazz, blues, and rock. Throughout the years they were active, they put out a number of albums, such as Traveler's Tale (1970), Milestones (1969), and SRC (1968). SRC did not attain widespread popularity on a national level, but they did garner a small fan base, especially in the Detroit region. When SRC was created in 1967, its members included drummer E.G. Clawson, guitarist Gary Quackenbush, organist Glenn Quackenbush, guitarist Steve Lyman, and vocalist Scott Richardson.

The album is on Capitol Records, E-T 134. Matrix side one: ET1 134-2 (stamped). Matrix side two: E T2 134-1 (stamped).
Released in 1969. UK pressing. Mono.

Condition: (as Record Collector’s grading system)
Vinyl side 1: excellent (has the odd light mark and plays with a few very light clicks near the start  of track five but certainly nothing that spoils your enjoyment of the music, it’s still excellent and sound great any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 2: excellent
(has the odd very light superficial mark that does not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).

Cover (front laminated, flip-back): very good (a few laminate creases mainly around the edges, corner bashes, rubbing front and back, aging / discolouring and writing on back).
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy on return of the record.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.  1710 (GS 9.9.1 (1710))
