SRC S/T Capitol ST2991
Debut lp (1968) by this Detroit concert mainstay features “Black Sheep”, widely considered a psychedelic masterpiece. No 60's lp collection is complete without it. Top rate slinky LOUD guitar over only-in-Detroit heavy heavy rhythm section. ‘Nuff said.
Cover has general wear and a 1/2 split top seam. As with many Capitol issues at the time, promos were marked by the word “FREE” die-cut into the corner. Such is the case here. Disc is VG+, with a few light marks and a consistently solid play with some very minor background noise.
After a hiatus, during which we moved and built our Permanentrecords library/vault/watering hole, we are finally up and running as an Ebay seller again. Welcome back to all our old friends and hello to new ones. We’re going to try things a bit differently this time. We will still feature great, rare, obscure, strange and little-known vinyl, but we’ve decided on no reserves and a very low opening bid on even the choicest stuff. We’re hoping that this will keep you coming back to us for the chance at some genuine bargains and maybe even steals, as we allow each item to find its natural price.
