Condition of Record is EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT - bought new in 1982 and only played once, carefully stored in smoke free home since.  Vinyl is clean with no scratches.
Condition of Sleeve is EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT with sharp corners, no seam splits, no ring wear.
