ADD US TO YOUR "FAVORITES" LIST.   We will soon be auctioning several 45 & CD collections.  All vinyl sales are final, unless defective, and proved so by us upon return.  We will no longer “grade” vinyl i.e. VG++ or NM-, and all will be auctioned “as is.” Our reasoning for this is that there is no “formal” or “standard” grading system. Thus, it becomes more of an “opinion” determined by each individual, less of a standard, and leaves too many loopholes to be desired. Thus far, our reputation for quality vinyl precedes us! We will not auction CD’s that are severely scratched.  The collections consist of domestic, import, & rare collectible CD’s; many of which are still sealed. We have opened several to keep for ourselves. We have found that the domestic disks have all been “silver,” however the import & collectibles have been some silver, some not.  Some are privately sourced, copyrighted, or directly from the band themselves; have never and will never be factory silver.  ALL have sounded excellent, regardless of silver press. We will NOT open sealed disks for discovery. Bid at your own risk, or DO NOT BID.  All CD sales are final, unless defective, and proved so by us. We will NOT tolerate bid & burn, then return! Each case will be handled & determined individually.  We will refund 100% of your purchase price for defective vinyl or cd’s, minus shipping, up to 45 days from auction’s close. We will additionally subtract Ebay’s “final value fees” that we’ve incurred, for returns that exceed 45 days, up to 60 days from auction’s close. We will not refund over 60 days from auction’s close.  So those of you who take 4 weeks to remit payment, should consider this before bidding. This may also affect surface shippers, as the U.S. Postal Service estimates 4-6 weeks, or longer for mail via “surface” to International Countries. Items are shipped in the order payments are received. Please allow 2-4 weeks for U.S., and 4-6 for International. We ship twice a week; once for domestic, and once for International. *Please note that Bidpay and Paying Fast checks take up to 7-10 BUSINESS days to arrive(2 Weeks). Items are shipped when payment is received, NOT when payment is confirmed. Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, or uninsured items. We professionally pack your winning items. However, we cannot control how your item(s) are handled during delivery. Insurance is optional, but if your item(s) are damaged in transit, and uninsured, we will NOT pick up the tab. Sometimes items are lost, or disappear during delivery. Again, we are not responsible for any mishandling of the delivery of these items. If in fact this occurs, we will provide you with the postal receipt to prove your item was mailed. We will only refund $ for lost items that we cannot prove were mailed.
