US LP, Blue Note BLP 4091, 1962. Original issue, Van Gelder imprint, NYC address, ear.
Disc: G/VG. Rating as G because of several visible scratches, middle of side 1 (see pics). Rest plays VG or better. Aurally, the scratches can be heard but blend in to a certain extent and are not that obvious, except briefly in the quiet piano solo, track 2, and the end of track 2, that sticks. Priced accordingly. If interested, recordings available.
Sleeve: VG- Some wear to corners, edges, opening edge
Notes: With Charlie Rouse, Ike Quebec(ten), Tommy Turrentine(tpt), Butch Warren(bs), Billy Higgins(dm)
Ratings: NM - near mint; EX - excellent, negligible signs of wear; EX- - excellent, negligible signs of wear, with the very occasional pop; VG - very good, some superficial marks on disc with some, but minimal, background noise; VG- - very good, some superficial marks plus light surface noise, more apparent between tracks and during quiet passages; G - good, with obvious signs of use, but not too much, should play well enough - collection filler.
