Description
Up for auction is the very RARE first, and only, Pressing of “EXPERIMENTAL JET SET, TRASH AND NO STAR”, by SONIC YOUTH. This album was released on DGC Records back in 1994, and has been out of print since. This one is pressed on BLUE VINYL. There is a bar code on the jacket which reads 7 20642 46321 5. The text on the spine reads - DGC 24632 SONIC YOUTH EXPERIMENTAL JET SET, TRASH AND NO STAR, and the bottom of the spine reads DGC. The printed inner bag has lyrics to the songs on the album in typical SY fashion.

The matrix numbers in the run-off are all etched (not stamped), and read as follows:
Side 1: DGC-24632-A-GL1 MASTERDISK

The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, as it shows negligible shelf wear and has RAZOR SHARP corners. The printed inner sleeve has NO SEAM SPLITS, which is virtually unheard of. The vinyl has the original shine, and is in NEAR MINT condition. You will be hard pressed to find a better copy anywhere!!!
