SONIC ARTS UNION was one of the earliest groups to perform improvised and electronic music along with MEV & AMM. This is their only record (1972) and extremely scarce and sought after! It was recorded at the Rose Art Museum at Brandeis University and features four (4) works by each composer/performer. Time/Mainstream was one of the earliest American labels to promote a modern music series. Composer Earle Brown was the producer of the series. Record is in NEAR MINT (appears unplayed) and gate-fold jacket is NM. Don’t overlook this great series of modern music. This issue is very scarce! In fact I have only seen 2 copies in 20 years of collecting & selling classical LPs.
