Description
This is a rare early pressing of the classic S/T LP by SOFT MACHINE on Probe Records (CPLP 4500) from 1968. An absolutely essential prog/psych rock record from this legendary band! The vinyl is in VG- condition with lots of light marks and wear, but plays more like VG/VG- condition with some light, unobtrusive surface noise with the exception of a single skip on Side 1, Track 4 ("Why Am I So Short?" near the end; not for the most demanding audiophiles, but an enjoyable copy! The die-cut gatefold cover is in VG- condition with some minor scuffs on the front and back, as pictured, and a four-inch seam split at the top right edge of the rear gatefold, as pictured. Don't pass this one up!
