I HAVE DECIDED TO SELL MY SPECIAL RECORDS FROM MY TREASURED COLLECTION !!!!!
Please note- I am not an Autograph dealer. I bought many hundreds / thousands of records over the years. If I ever saw one that was signed I bought it if it was obvious it was genuine. This is one that hits you immediately as being genuine and is a great piece of music / social history. It is a special piece in my opinion.
I have compared the autographs to others on the internet and it can be seen that this is the real deal. I have placed lots of photographs on the listing so you can make up your own minds.
It has been signed from top left Gladys of The Marvelettes, Best Wishes Marvin Gaye and then Ronnie of the Miracles.
From top right to bottom right it is signed Bobby of the Miracles and then Claudette of the Miracles.
From the bottom right to left it is signed by Wanda of The Marvelettes. Then what looks like Betty of the Miracles.
From bottom left to the top it is signed Smokey Robinson, Catherine of the Marvelettes. This is followed by an autograph in red pen that I cannot read. Is it Mary Wells ????
The key features of this lp are summarised below:
Sleeve- The single sleeve is grubby with age and handling wear. It shows creases and marks -however,it is still strong and in one piece.
Inner-The record comes in its original polylined inner.This shows creases and marks.
Labels- Clean.Shows only spindle marks.
Vinyl- Still retains a gloss and sheen to both sides. Several scratches and marks.
PLAYBACK- I am pleased to say it plays without skip or jump. Odd ticks and crackle in places but overall VERY enjoyable.
An original vinyl lp with autographs of Soul legends. Not to be missed.
