Although most praise tends to center on their second LP, Souvlaki was by no means the only masterpiece British shoegazers Slowdive recorded in their all-too-brief early ‘90s run.
Described at the time as “like a mind-altering substance, without the risk,” the group’s debut Just For a Day has now been granted a 180g reissue by Music on Vinyl.
