Here's a KILLER LP by SLIM HARPO, a FIRST US MONO PRESSING on the EXCELLO LABEL.  It's a rare and beautiful LP, released in October 10, 1966.  Slim was a big influence on some of the British Invasion bands, notably The Stones and The Animals.  The Stones recorded Shake Your Hips on their Exile on Main Street LP, and named their first live LP in honor of Slim's I GOT LOVE, IF YOU WANT IT by naming their LP GOT LIVE IF YOU WANT IT. Slim Harpo's songs are timeless because of their simplicity, and have been covered by many artists.  This album as well as Rainin' in my Heart are such beautiful LPs, ands difficult to find.  Especially in such great condition. They're treasures.
This is an outstanding copy, Shiny cover with brilliant colors.  There are 3 corner dings that are 1/8" each.  There's a scuff on the top green band which runs from side to side, and a small bend in the lower left corner.  The back cover shows some toning from age.  The vinyl has pristine sound.  As great as I've ever heard with this LP.

The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. VG    = (VERY GOOD)  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and theoccasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.G      = (GOOD)  The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.F       = (FAIR)  The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
