When this album was released it was probably the most brutal fastest stuff anyone had heard at the time. Criticised in some circles for lack of production (who needs production on a slayer record;) this is a sterling effort for a pretty much self funded debut album which defined a new genre.
Vinyl plays through both sides with no skips or jumps occasional surface noise in quiet bits but there is not many of those ;) this has that raw Pounding slayer sound throughout. Most people (including myself in my teens) displayed this one due to its rarity & chose to play the original vinyl or cassette at the time.
Great artwork to the front & classic pictures of the band on the rear with Jeff (RIP) in full flow.
Some light surface marks & faint scratches under bright light but nothing major. Original flip back PVC sleeve has sticker marks so I'll send that one & provide a new one.
