If damaged due to shipping for USA Customers, I will submit a claim for INSURANCE. Depending on the extent of damage, you will be refundeded accordingly. If damaged or you suspect the package is lost, please contact me soon as possible. The insurance claim has to be submitted in a timely manner.
Keep in mind that Vinyl Records, when hardly used or sealed or never removed from their inner sleeve, can have manufacture defects, such as scuff marks and hair line scratches. The record cover can develop a seem split(s) in time. If perfection is what you are after, then a digital media might be a better solution.
