* If you purchase more than 1 item we will happily combine items on to one invoice. ALL ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE PAID FOR WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE FIRST ITEM PURCHASED to remain on one invoice.
* All items that sell for AU$40.00 or more will be sent via Registered Mail. Regular mail will NOT be an option.
COMBINED POSTAGE
Discounts on combined postage are available on purchases of 3 or more items! If you are bidding on or purchasing multiple items, please let us know or request an invoice so we are able to send you a corrected combined invoice for all items before checkout is completed & payment is made! If purchasing multiple larger items, please email for a postage quote or invoice, as in some cases items may not be able to be sent together.

* PAYPAL and DIRECT DEPOSIT are our only accepted payment methods!
* We bank with National Australia Bank. At the time of making direct deposit, please leave either your full eBay username or full eBay item number as a reference. While I make every attempt to find your payment, incorrect referencing may cause delays.
* Please Note that a winning bid is final and legally binding. After the auction ends please check out and you will be issued with payment instructions. Please make sure you complete the Checkout Procedure. If the item is not paid for within 5 days an Unpaid Item dispute will be opened.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Please send all correspondence via Ebay as third party emails WILL NOT be answered. I operate Monday to Friday 9am -5pm, so I am unable to respond to messages outside these hours, however I will endeavour to answer your questions promptly during these hours.
*I work hard to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any problems or concerns, please email me first and I will try to resolve it ASAP.
*If you are unhappy with the item please contact me via email before leaving feedback.
*If negative feedback is left, I will assume that the transaction has been finalised.
*Items well need to be returned to myself for inspection before refund is given. No exceptions.
* While all care is taken in the listing of our items, any error or omissions is unintentional.
* Every effort is made during packaging and posting to ensure you receive your item in its listed condition. However, we are not liable for items lost or damaged by Australia Post. I will only accept liability for lost packages, if you choose to have your item sent via Registered Post.
* Postage cost and estimated delivery times can be found in the listing. I post each Monday, Wednesday & Friday via Australia post. Larger items will be sent via e-parcel, insured and trackable, with signature on delivery.
