SLAYER 'HELL AWAITS' LP
ROADRUNNER RR 9795
Original 1985 pressing
Pressed / printed in Netherlands for Europe / U.K.
A side matrix: RR 9795 - A 57011 - 1
B side matrix: RR 9795 - B 57012 - 1
Condition (strict visual under 100 watt lamp and play grading)
Sleeve: very good condition with no writing or sticker marks, all 4 corners have wear, top left rear corner has creasing (see photo), bottom right front corner has a crease (see photo), bottom right rear corner also has creases (see photo), spine has some scuffs but is readable, no ringwear and opening edges are fine.
Record: very good condition, flat with no warpage, numerous light surface lines from removal of record from inner sleeve, 2 non sounding surface lines on Side 1 across tracks 2 and 3, some surface noise and a few pops during Side 1 quiet opening, plays fine during tracks with no faults. Very slight surface noise between tracks 2 and 3 and 3 and 4 on Side 2.
Labels are clean with no writing, tears or stickers. No visible spindle marks.
Original inner lyric sleeve is in very good condition with no side splits, ring wear on both sides and has edge staining/ageing on white lyric side (see photo).
A well looked after copy in very good overall condition!
