Back of record says: Out of fabled sun drenched Jamaica comes the latest dance rhythm to sweep over two continents. Introduced first in London by a group of West Indian expatriates it was not long until the exciting news spread to the United States. Certain enterprising recording men dispatched crews to the Islands and soon returned with various and sundry forms of the "Blue Beat" of SKA rhythms. Foremost among Ska orchestras is the famous Mango Jones Orchestra, considered by many to be the greatest exponent of the new Ska dance craze. MANGO JONES and His Orchestra plus the Harry Ballu singers are captured live at one their fabulous performances on this pulsating recording...Enjoy the Ska. Please be our guest."
