SIXTIES 7"single BEATLES ORIGINAL INDIAN Red Parlophone

This auction is for the  very very very  hard to come by 7"  single by THE BEATLES of "I saw her standing there  b/w  Hold me tight".  This is a very interesting pressing for many reasons including - Neither of these tracks were issued on singles in the U.K. and although both were put out on singles individually elsewhere in the world this particular coupling is very hard to come by and possibly unique to India.  This is the ORIGINAL Indian pressing on the RED PARLOPHONE label from 1964 and  comes in an original early company sleeve as used with the original UK red Parlophone pressings. Many Indian pressings used the same issue number as the UK singles but this particular pressing has a totally different number, again probably unique to the Indian market. It's also interesting (and different) because "Hold me tight" is credited to Lennon/McCartney" BUT the "I saw her standing there" credit has been reversed and reads McCartney/Lennon.(see photo).

SLEEVE - company sleeve - EXCELLENT MINUS -   clean with no writing tears splits  etc  some creasing from impression of disc and general storage

DISC VISUAL - VERY GOOD PLUS     - paper  labels clean and bright with no spindle marks,  vinyl  still bright but with  some marks/scuffs under normal daylight but these do not affect the overall play 

DISC AUDIO - EXCELLENT- no skips or jumps possibly one or two very light pops/crackles  otherwise plays well for a disc of this age with little deterioration in sound quality. 

I PLAY ALL RECORDS PRIOR TO LISTING ON EBAY AND TRY TO GRADE USING RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE GRADINGS. PHOTOGRAPHS SHOW THE ACTUAL ITEM YOU WILL BE PURCHASING.

A great single that's ORIGINAL and I don't need to tell fans how difficult it is to get hold of a disc like this. This copy will definitely do until that elusive EX/MINT one comes along - if it ever does!!!. At a sensible starting price reflecting the overall  grading I have put on this item this is a great addition to your  FAB4 collection that few people will have a chance to own.  (Buyer will not be disappointed).
