Info: Nice original US pressing compilation album featuring Irish traditional songs collected by Diane Hamilton and Sean O Boyle, comprising of field recordings made between 1956 and 1962.
The people who sang and played for this album were ordinary people who did so as part of their family life, whether at home or in the pub. Everyone in the room would take part and share a song, a tune, or a recitation.
Comes in original card paste-on picture sleeve with artist notes on rear. Is complete with insert sheet which has descriptive notes on all the songs. Also has original plain paper inner sleeve.

Vinyl in near mint condition - looks superbly clean and shiny, and has probably only been played just once!
Labels are perfectly clean with no spindle marks on side 1, and what may be just one extremely faint spindle mark on side 2.
Sleeve also in near mint condition - looks superb and is still in factory shrink-wrap! Has a 'Celtic Music' distribution sticker on rear (stuck on the shrink-wrap).
Insert in excellent condition.
