Here´s an original copy of SIMON JONES - Melanie And Me, released 1976 in Australia as a private press on MP 810.       

Condition cover: vg+, the fragile thin sleeve has light spine- and cornerwear and a few creases along the spines.

Condition record: m-, it has a few visual hairlines and paperscuffs, plays a clean m-.

Condition labels: mint

I should mention that my gradings are visualy AND audible taken on a Wilson Benesch Act Two turntable armed with Sumiko Blue Point Special cartridge and this combination is absolutely merciless and doesn't lie...I'm just a collector and don't like overgraded records so much...
