Super Rare Progressive Psych Folk LP.
Fantastic sublime multi-style mixture of progressive, psychedelic, and folk rock music features eerie sinister vocals and fine acoustic guitar.  This not a record you want to play at a family gathering.

“SIMON FINN is an English singer-songwriter residing in Montreal, Canada for years, whose life reads as a novel.  His first effort Pass the Distance, released in 1970 by Mushroom Records, became a Psych-Folk classic, but was deleted due to legal problems with the sleeve.  The Company who sued Finn and his record company 35 years ago managed the removal of all copies that were left in stores.  Today there are about 100 copies of Pass the Distance circulating.  Finn once tried to buy a better copy for himself, but the fan wanted too much money for it”

M / VG+ (Record / Cover).

The record is in beautiful mint condition visually and super rare to find in this clean condition.

The disc is heavy and nice and flat.
The labels have a few 1 faint tiny spindle mark total next to the center hold and are otherwise clean.

Record plays really clean between M- and M with crystal clear dynamic sound.  This copy plays as clean as you can find in a Mushroom “private label” pressing.

Fragile cover has color loss lightly filled in with repair on the top left front side and also a sticker tear partly colored in at the top left front corner and light ring wear just starting (only on the front side).  Otherwise the cover is M- with clean surfaces, clean M- spine, no bends, and the entire back face is really nice (M-) with fantastic cover artwork.

Includes original insert featuring cool photos of the band members.

Includes early poly lined inner sleeve (no markings) that may be original to the LP.

All US shipping will be via Priority USPS  and include delivery confirmation at a cost of $8.50 for the first LP & $1.50 for each LP each after that.   Insurance cost is extra and is recommended on all higher priced items and in the US at an additional cost of $1.95 - $50.00, $2.45 from $50.01 - $100.00, $3.05 from $100.01 - $200.00, $5.10 from $200.01 to 300.00, $6.25 from $300.01 – $400.00, $7.40 from $400.01 – $500.00, $8.55 from $500.01 - $600.00, etc.
