Description
This is the original EMI pressing of Sigur Ros' legendary LP Takk. Only 1000 copies of this were originally pressed.
Pressed on heavy vinyl, the release includes two 12" lps plus a beautiful 10" etched vinyl.
Side D contains no music; it is etched with the same image of trees as on the front cover.
Thick card dual gatefold sleeve with embossed artwork on the front and rear.
The records are themselves are in MINT condition and have only been taken out and played once.
Unfortunately there is some minor damage to the sleeve in 2 places (see photos) which occurred when the item was originally delivered, but other than that the item has been very well looked after.
This is an extremely rare item, beautifully packaged and presented.
Due to the slight damage to the sleeve I have set a much lower starting price than this item usually sells for, so this is a great opportunity to add an essential album to your collection at an affordable price!
