Limited edition [1000] thick card gate-fold sleeve with debossed artwork on the front and rear.

Die-cut center card insert holding a single-sided 10" containing 'Mílanó'. The reverse side of the 10" disc contains no music; it is etched with the same image of trees as on the front cover.

Still shrink-wrapped and unplayed.
