SIGNED!! Maria Muldaur 12" Vinyl Record LP 1973 MS 2148 "Midnight At The Oasis" 
As pictured, this is beautifully signed. 
This is a first edition, first pressing at Pitman Pressing. The signature is a beauty and very legible, written in what appears to be orangey-red marker. Nice vinyl, pretty solid gate-Fold Jacket. A clean hole punch at top left cover corner. A little splitting at bottom cover. Original inner sleeve included as pictured. I am including a nice new thick protective plastic cover for the jacket. 
The massive beautiful jazzy hit "Midnight At The Oasis," is on this record.
