Description

Hi there! Up for auction is an incredibly rare Jimmy Buffett record!

This is for his absolute very first release, "Don't Bring Me Candy/Abandoned on Tuesday", it's a 7'' 45rpm record! On top of that it is signed! This record was put out on Mobile Records in 1970 and was recorded in late 1969 as far as I can find online, as there isn't much info out there on this. Top Drawer (BMI), JET-500 B. Audio MOBILE records "The sound that moves."

This is from my Father's collection, and he obtained this record himself when he used to see Jimmy play at the Admiral Semmes here in Mobile, Al.

The record is signed by Jimmy to my Grandmother Rose! "To my favorite Rose, Jimmy."

The record is in very good shape, as it has been in a sleeve primarily since it was purchased. My Dad thinks it has probably only been played once or twice, not counting when he played it before he gave it to me to list here. There is some very light scuffing on a couple of spots but no scratches or cracks. I would rate the record as a B+ to an A-. The record is still very glossy from having not been played an kept in 45 box through the years. I've included several pics to try to highlight the quality of this record. Please feel free to ask questions!

I will ship this securely inside two layers of record mailers to ensure safety. Marked fragile. INSURANCE IS INCLUDED with the priority shipping.
