Description

AUDIOPHILE CLOSET CLEANING SALE. I WILL BE CLEANING OUT MANY ITEMS THAT HAVEN'T SEEN THE LIGHT OF DAY FOR YEARS. PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR TONS MORE STUFF, WITH MORE BEING ADDED AS TIME PERMITS. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This is a CES promo copy of the Direct to Disc LP titled "The Sheffield Track Record" (Sheffield Lab 20) (1982). --------- This wonderful and dynamic rock instrumental recording is pressed on pure virgin vinyl and was used as a demonstration record by stereo equipment dealers for many years. This particular copy was given out to some of the exhibitors at the Consumer Electronics Show in Chicago prior to it's official release. ------ It features James Newton Howard, Lenny Castro, Nathan East, Mike Landau and Carlos Vega. ----- The record is free of any needle scratches. There are traces of dust scratches in the dead wax on one side, but I can't see anything in the play area. The jacket is in nice condition with no splits or bends. The corners are nice and sharp. The glue on the back of the sticker has caused some yellowing. This is about the most dynamic LP you could ever wish for! ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Please see my other auctions for more great MFSL, half speed, direct disc, and other audiophile items. Combine to save on shipping. Thanks
