Please read this about feedback DSR's

: Although eBay's DSR feedback system is a 1 through 5 star rating, anything less than a 4.3 average is now apparently considered unacceptable. Sellers averaging less than 4.3 in all categories face the loss of any discounts and even a possible suspension of the seller's account. eBay tells buyers that leaving 4 out of 5 stars means that you are "satisfied", however their message to sellers is that 4 out of 5 is a failing grade. I have also read that if no DSR's are left by the buyer the seller's rating also goes down. If you are satisfied I ask that you please consider leaving FIVE STARS when completing the DSR's. Anything less actually hurts the seller's rating with eBay.
