SEX PISTOLS " RARE " SPUNK LP
You are bidding on an original 12" Vinyl Album by The Sex Pistols. This was the Sex Pistols first Album called Spunk , later to be called " Never mind the bollocks ". Published by White Bitch & Produced by P Dickenson
This is the initial pressing was rush-released before 'Never Mind The Bollocks' in the U.K. in early October 1977 . This edition has a plain white outer & inner sleeve ( these have yellowed over time )
Side One ( A ) 1. Seventeen 2. Satelite 3. Feelings 4. Just Me 5. Submission 6. Nookie
Side Two ( B ) 1. No Future 2. Problems 3. Lots of Fun 4. Liar 5. Who was It 6. New York ( Looking for a Kiss )
A1-5 are demos recorded by Dave Goodman in July 1976
A6 is the rejected Dave Goodman produced version of the band's debut single Anarchy In The U.K., recorded in October 1976
B1-6 are demos recorded by Dave Goodman in January 1977
Most songs are mistitled on sleeve and labels:
A2 as "Satelite"
A3 as "Feelings"
A4 as "Just Me"
A6 as "Nookie"
B1 as "No Future" (which was the original title at the time of recording)
B3 as "Lots Of Fun"
B5 as "Who Was It"
B6 as "New York (Looking For A Kiss)"
- Matrix / Runout (A side, etched): LYN 4732-111 BLA - 169 - A MAX ( looks like LYN 4732-14 )
- Matrix / Runout (B side, etched): LYN 4733-111 BLA - 169 - B MAX ( looks like LYN 4733-14 )
I would say the Vinyl is in pretty good condition ( can't see any scratches ). I have taken close up photos so you can see for yourself ( maybe a little dust on them )
