Items are shipped in good quality stiff packaging and receipts of dispatch are kept.
Dispatch receipts will be the sent to the buyer in the event of any potential compensation claim by them for damage or loss during transit, no compensation claims will be undertaken by the seller. If the item is lost and you have not requested the appropriate postage method for the value of the item you may not be able to obtain full compensation from the Post Office.

My general experience is that post between the UK and most countries normally takes under 7 days but please allow 21days in case of exceptional circumstances.
