With label crediting the band as 'Moving Finger' 

The vinyl on this very rare album is visibly Excellent.

However, a couple of 'pops' on side 2, and the presence on some tracks of

some surface crackle leads me to downgrade this copy to somewhere

in between Very Good and Good. (It is a difficult one to grade because

some parts rate EX, some VG some G. But I think it fair to say that

it never drops below a good rating)

 The crackle is most noticable on the quieter

moments and during the run in at the start of each side, and in between tracks.

The music rises above it all however to give an enjoyable listen with

no skips or jumps. The labels are spotless with no noticeable spindle marks.

The sleeve  quite frankly looks 'second hand'. If my memory serves me well

a piece in "Record Collector" some time ago suggested that the sleeves

for this album were cheaply made and printed, and so have not stood

up to the ravages of time very well. If that is the case then it is certainly true

of this one! As you can see on the photos there is quite a bit of ring wear,

but the top and bottom edges, and the spine are pretty good.

There is some creasing, but no tears.

This is a difficult record to find in any condition , since it did not

sell well on release (evidenced by the fact that this copy bears a 10p

Woolworths price label on the sleeve from the bargain basement)

All in all, despite its faults this is a good listenable example of

a very rare and sought after album.
