ITEM:   EXTRAORDINARILY RARE Vinyl Record LP Album ( Not A CD ), released in a very limited number, and not meant for public distribution.  "Standing Room Only"  by Vilo Perry.  Recorded on the Guinness Records label in 1977, catalog number GNS 36055.

COMMENTS/CONDITION:   I have been collecting vinyl for MANY years, and have never seen this album until I recently acquired it from a private collection.  I have only heard one song "Uptown Lady", which I found on You Tube. It is an enjoyable Disco-Soul number.

I was able to document only 3 sales over the past few years on eBay. The last Sealed copy sold last year for  $101.00. There was a sealed copy recently listed on eBay at a Buy It Now price of $249.95, and did not sell.

This LP is still sealed in Unopened shrink wrap and is in close to Pristine Condition. Shrink is nice and snug - no rips, tears, or missing pieces. There are no stickers, price tags, cut-out holes, notches, or clipped corners.Colors and graphics are bright and crisp with no fading.

Cover is in excellent condition. There is one slightly "bumped" corner. Spine is straight and easily readable.

Do not sleep on this one!  It may be a long time, if ever, that a sealed copy in this beautiful condition becomes available at such a low starting bid!
