Item Description: SEALED! MINT CONDITION! NO WEAR! NO TEARS!
RETURNS...........No returns accepted. All Items are sold AS IS. I highly recommend you ask questions about any concerns you have BEFORE you purchase these items. I take pictures of each item before I ship them to show their condition when shipped, which is the same condition that is described in the item description. If they are not in the described condition when you receive them, a claim must be filed with USPS to cover damages that occured during shipping. I will not reimburse for shipping lost or damage. But if you contact me and let me know the item was lost or damaged, I will handle the claim for you. It will probably be easier that way since I will have all of the shipping and insurance information. I make sure all items are thoroughly wrapped and protected with bubble wrapping. I also make sure they are shipped in the proper media boxes that are designed for LP.s Shipping Lp's in the wrong type of packaging is the biggest reason they are damaged. USPS will not reimburse if they are not packaged correctly. They are also stamped FRAGILE. However, even with all of this, damage can still occur. Please be extremely careful when opening your LP, especially using sharp objects. Cut box across. Do cut down into the box. Gently remove LP from the box. LP's should be stored vertically and away from heat, light, and moisture. Ebay has great LP storage boxes!
PAYMENT........PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS. If payment is not made in 24 hours, I will relist the item and report buyer to ebay for nonpayment. If you know you won't be able to pay within 24 hours, please discuss this with me BEFORE you purchase the item. Paypal is the only acceptable payment method. Make sure you have a paypal account and it has up-to-date payment information in advance.
SHIPPING.........SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COST ARE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. INSURANCE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED ON ALL PURCHASES! I WILL NOT SELL TO ANYONE THAT DOESN'T PURCHASE INSURANCE. See Insurance rates below. Please do not pay until you receive an invoice with shipping and insurance information. Items will not be shipped until all shipping and insurance costs have been paid. I will ship items within 1 business day of receiving CLEARED payment. Once items ship you will receive an email with tracking. I track all of my shipments to make sure the seller receives them. IMPORTANT!............All purchases over $250 must be signed for. Postman will not leave package without a signature. Please make arrangement to have somone available to sign. If you can't be home or have someone there to sign for you, consider having the package delivered to your place of employment.

On Aug-25-09 at 15:22:58 PDT, seller added the following information: Note From Seller: Please don't be intimidated by reserves! Reserves are set to protect the value of the lp. It would not be reasonable to expect a $200 Lp to sell for $20, but this is what can happen if reserves are not set. This is good for the buyer, but not fair to the seller. All reserve prices are set according to what similar lp's have sold for on ebay, the rarity of the lp, the condition of the lp, whether or not it's a first pressing, and the lp's popularity amongst fans. If you are SERIOUSLY bidding on this lp and feel the reserve is too high, don't just give up! Shoot me an email and I may consider lowering the reserve. Please don't contact me just to get a cheap price! I know the value of my lp's and I won't just give them away. Before you contact me, please think about the lp you are bidding on. Consider it's stated condition and it's rarity, this is very important. My Lp's range from 39 - 8 years old. They are either sealed and in mint condition or used in mint condition. It's getting harder and harder to find lp's in mint condition, especially 39 years old! There are many lp's on ebay, but not all of them are in mint condition. Some of my lp's are not in mint condition, but they have only 1-2 MINOR dings, and are hard to find. If you've seriously thought about these things and still feel the reserve is too high, contact me and tell me why you think I should lower the reserve. I'm always open to negotiation, but let's be fair to each other. Thanks!!!
