Description

Up for bid is a factory sealed lp by Marvin Gaye. The title of this lp is " In The Groove".Tamala / Motown issued this album in 1968 with the above title but when I Heard It Through The Grapevine became a monster hit and one of Motown's biggest sellers they promptly changed the title (and cover) to "I Heard It Through The Grapevine".Positively one of Marvin Gaye's best albums. This stereo pressing is the real deal, this is not a reissue.Recorded on Tamala Records (TS 285) 1968.Not many of these covers left, especially sealed. With the exception of the minor crease on the bottom left corner and small dings to the top and bottom right corners this lp is mint.It is absolutely gorgeous. There are no tears or holes in the shrink. The colors on the front are nice and vibrant and the white on the back cover shows only a very minor hint of yellowing. It looks as if it just came of the shelf. This is the one you have been looking for. Please check my feedback and bid with confidence.Visit my other auctions for more sealed lp's.Thanks for looking.
