Description

Sealed First pressing of Led Zeppelin's iconic "Houses of the holy" SD 7255 with the circular sticker that says "Contains The Hit Single d'yer Mak'er" and the larger, rectangular sticker that lists the album's contents. Also, it has the white strip "Led Zeppelin-Houses of the Holy" that encircles the entire album (as you can see from the back photo). This strip was included because the record company executives were horrified that the band members didn't want any actual text on the cover. This white band is under the shrinkwrap, whereas the two stickers are on the outside of the shrinkwrap, of course.

The record looks as if it left the factory yesterday, as the shrinkwrap is tight & even, without any signs of tears, nicks or other wear issues. It is truly pristine!

UPDATE: There are two addresses for the designation SD 7255. The first is "1845 Broadway Address on label" and the second is " 75 Rockefeller Address on label".  Without opening the album, it's impossible to know which address is on the label. One is a 1974 issue (first press) and the second is a 1975 issue (second press). With the two aforementioned stickers on the label, I've been assured -by a reputable dealer in sealed vinyl- that this one is a first pressing, but as I cannot view the label without unsealing the record, you should bid accordingly. Thanks!
