PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question.   OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.   Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! STILL FACTORY SEALED!

1968 TEXAS ACID BLUES ~  CLASSIC PSYCHEDELIA

             The MOVING SIDEWALKS

                           = Flash =

                             Europe - AK - 117

STILL FACTORY SEALED ... long gone =2nd press= super deluxe triple thick & weight heavy TWO LP set (180 grams each) ... of the GREAT 1968 sixties acid - psych "monster" - totally fried texan psychedelic rock led by Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top who delivers as many "guitar moves" as Jimi Hendrix

Hard to find, especially SEALED/UNOPENED, this pressing almost surpasses the $500+ valued  '68 pressing as issued in Europe some 12  years+ ago and sold out pretty quick. This thick double album not only features the legendary 1968 album "FLASH", but 5 non Lp singles sides making for a devestating set of infectious tunes injected by "hard psych-outs" ... The Moving Sidewalks, as many of you know, were lacing it up with psychedelics & Jimi Hendrix karma...all said a terrific blend of stretch of the imagination fuzzed-out heavies, creating most wonderfully...

This Houston band's band's sole LP, from 1968, is definitely the psychedelic rock dreams are made of. Moving Sidewalks guitarist Billy Gibbons could certainly play at this point. Gibbons admiration of Jimi Hendrix is played out on "Pluto-Sept. 31st," with Jimi's Experience-like riffing rhythm section and a studio freakout in the middle. The backward vocal on "Eclipse" is thrilling stuff for music collectors (though the Zappa/Red Crayola-style production might harsh on your trip), and "Joe Blues" gives an indication of where Gibbons would be heading next.

Elsewhere, other highlights include: "What Are You Doing to Do," "Every Night a New Surprise," the Elevators styled "Need Me" (complete with Roky styled wail), and a reverb drenched take on The Beatles "I Want to Hold Your Hand"

CONDITION:  STILL FACTORY SEALED...never opened. 4 sharp corners, it's perfect. Future price riser, the deluxe pressing was limited.
