WITH MUCH APPRECIATION TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS: If you have a question on orders received, please contact us. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. When leaving Feedback, please consider the following: eBay's policy on the 5-star rating system is anything less than a 5 reduces our standing with eBay and ultimately can affect our selling abilities. SO please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.
We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS: We are happy to hold orders to save on shipping. Please pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and, if you request, we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel.
As always, thank you for your support!

Steppenwolf were about the best band on the planet in 1970 working up a to a huge following from their late sixties hits "Born To Be Wild" & "Magic Carpet Ride", they were selling out arena's and this, Steppenwolf LIVE catches the band in their full glory... Most agree this live album blows away the studio versions we all know and love and the sonics from the soundboard recording are exceptional, wide range clarity...Definitely one of the finest live albums from the early seventies. Catching the live beast that was Steppenwolf at the peak of their undoubted powers. A wonderful collection of great songs played by a group of musicians, who were as tight as rugby's front row forwards.
Opener "Sookie, Sookie" rocks hard-er...and perhaps the greatest anti-drug song ever recorded is "The Pusher", where John Kay sings behind his sunglasses with venom and bile in his lyrics, making it more than clear what he thinks of these demons of the underworld.
All of the original songs are steeped in the turn of the decade, "Draft Resister" with rants against the draft; the Vietnam war "From Here To There Eventually"; and the American Government & the law in general with "Don't Step On The Grass Sam".
Sensibility, the in between 'raps' from Kay have been left in place here, and the interplay of hammond organ and meaty guitar is a forerunner of what was to come in the later seventies.
The song "Monster", clocking in at over ten minutes, more than lives up to its name. This version wiping the floor of its studio recorded counter part from Steppenwolf's previous album, showing what can happen to a song when it's taken out onto the road and sharpened up.
It is though, the last trio of songs that the crowd has obviously been waiting for, and in the hard rock stakes the band doesn't disappoint. "Magic Carpet Ride" is aptly titled and would be the jewel in the crown of most bands, but Steppenwolf can follow this with a sonic version of "The Pusher" and then push all the buttons with the song that gave birth to the term heavy metal in "Born To Be Wild", where Jerry Edmonton rips away on guitar, bringing the baying audience to a frenzy before closing the show.
