Description

(CELEBRATING 24 YEARS ON eBay!)  The record ***SEALED*** MINT INSIDE THE COVER. The near perfect cover has a little of the shrink missing on the back of the cover at the top, right corner & shows very light wear at the very edge there (see photos)The original price sticker is 8-1-88. Very nice indeed. Comes with a clear, outer sleeve as well.

**International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Call eBay during business hours (Mountain time) and look for a rep who knows the policy.   I know taxes are getting ridiculous in some countries & as much as I'd like to help & I feel your pain,

I can't change the info on the customs form for overseas, so please don't ask.
