For sale is a gorgeous copy of exceedingly scarce Greek folk psych lp Lida Chalkiadaki, Pio Psila, original first Greek pressing on the blue and silver Philips label, 630142 PL. Cover rates an as-new M-.... my highest rating for unsealed lps, absolutely stunning. Vinyl rates NM. As nice a copy of this rare lp as you are ever likely to find. Fresh to the market from the Washington D.C. estate of a late Greek diplomat. Don't miss out! These come up for auction only once every few years or so (I have only been able to find two copies of these in the ebay auction records). Wonderful, sparse, feminine, atmospheric folk psych lp. An ebayer asked me to play grade the lp. After listening to it, I am lowering the vinyl grade to VG+. There are a few scattered clicks and brief crackles. While the lp visually grades a stellar M-, the play grade is VG+. While this is close to the NM I have put in the listing, I am of the belief that any background noise, however minimal, should exclude a record from grading above VG+.
