ADD ME AS A FAVOURITE SELLER NOW! I'll be selling some rare (some, even SCARCE!), amazing, and spectacular 78rpm records over the next few weeks, and you will not want to miss out!

The fragile Edison 24 and 40 minute Long Play records were decades ahead of their time. Recorded at 400 grooves per inch, far more than a modern LP record, they spun at 80RPM! Few of these records survive, because when the fragile diamond stylus broke, or skipped, the record payed the price, and this happened more often than expected, and these machines and records were pulled from production in 1927. I encourage the winning bidder to not play this on original Edison equipment, as a means of preserving the recording. Instead, enjoy it on a modern turntable pitched up to 80rpm, with a lightweight cartridge and stylus.

Record 10002. I conservatively grade this disc "E-" using the VJM Record Grading system for LP records: "LP: Some wear, scratches and scuffs, but no skipped or repeat grooves." I audition all records on a modern turntable with a lightweight sapphire stylus. RECORDS WILL BE PACKED PROPERLY between several sheets of cardboard, surrounded by packing peanuts, in a sturdy box.
