Description
ROSSINI - THE BARBER OF SEVILLE A rare set. Excellent and highly sought after recordings featuring MARIA CALLAS, TITO GOBBI, LUIGI ALVA, NICOLA ZACCARIA & FRITZ OLLENDORFF with the Philharmonia Orchestra & Chorus conducted by ALCEO GALLIERA. Original Columbia blue/silver 1st UK pressing. Early plum coloured 3lp box set complete with insert, original packers and dividers plus the additional full libretto which had to be bought separately at the time.

The box is in excellent to near mint condition. The vinyl is near mint condition. (One barely visible non-sounding sleeve removal mark)
