SAMHAIN "Initium" LP black vinyl (Original press.  Used copy.  Please read condition below.)
Plan 9 Records (PL9-04) no bar code on cover, no insert
A-side matrix:  PL-904-A    TR Pa 6-84
B-side matrix:  PL-904-B-1   TR Pa 8-84
Labels have "Hell Bent Music" in faint lettering.
Back cover has Plan 9 logo and PO Box 41200 Lodi, NJ 07644 address. 
No mention of Caroline Records anywhere on record.  According to the description I read at Misfits Central, it seems that this is a first pressing, but please correct me if I am wrong. 

Serious bidders only, please.  Black vinyl record.  No bar code on back cover.  This copy does not have an insert/lyric sheet.

For fans of Misfits, Undead, Danzig, Black Flag, Germs, 45 Grave, Suicidal Tendencies, Beowulf, D.R.I., C.O.C., Cro-Mags, Sick Of It All, Agnostic Front.

COVER:  One inch bend in lower left corner.  A couple of faint (hairline)scratches on back cover.  Slight corner dings.  No stains.  No ring wear.  No edge wear.  All of our used vinyl records come with new heavy weight polybags.  Nice and clean. 

VINYL:  Excellent to near mint.  Has been professionally cleaned and test played.  Has regular surface noise but no skips, no scratches.  Vinyl is perfectly flat.  No warps or dishing.  All around, a very good copy.
